There is a wide variety of fabrics and fillers from which sleeping pillows are made, and a reasonable  choice directly affects  quality and convenience.

Main types of materials:

1. Synthetic fillers are easy to care for and absorb moisture well. These materials are suitable for people with allergies. Such fillers include synthetic winterizer, holofiber, synthetic fiber, microfiber.

2. Natural fillers are more environmentally friendly and durable. They have good breathability and create a comfortable microclimate. These include goose and swan down, camel and sheep wool.

Pillows differ in shape and size:

1. Square - 50x50 cm, 70x70 cm.

2. Rectangular - 50x70 cm.

3. Children's - 40x60 cm.

When choosing a pillow, you should pay attention to the height. For an adult of average stature, the optimal height will be from 5 to 9 cm. If a person has a chunky physique, it is recommended to choose a taller model - 14-17 cm.

A separate line are pillows for chairs, usually they have a square shape (40x40 cm). Cords are used for reliable fixing on a chair.
